Shipping Schedule

At checkout, the shipping message will outline your shipment and how it will be delivered (we cannot guarantee a specific day, as each pint is made fresh and hand packed). We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes to shipped.

We ship Monday through Thursday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday—depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and availability. (We don’t deliver on Sunday or Monday with exception of local OC and LA deliveries)

Shipping Costs

We offer discounted 2 Day Air shipping based on the zip code of your shipping destination within the United States.

You can order as little as 6 pints and as many as 9 pints beginning in 2023—and you still pay the same price per delivery. Mid summer 2023 we will launch a 3-5 box shipping option.

We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

Perishable goods shipped via Atomic Creamery shipping with UPS arrive 1 to 2 days after being shipped, depending on the shipping destination.

How it Works

DESTINATIONS

We ship to all 50 United States, Hawaii, Alaska and the District of Columbia, via UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Look for announcements in 2023 with shipping to Western Europe and the Middle East

EXECUTION

We pack perishable goods in an insulated cooler and then the into our distinctively bright blue box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen for up to 72 hours. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships

TRANSIT TIME

No frozen goods will be in transit more than 48 hours.

GIFTING

RECEIPTS, PRICING INFO, PAYMENT DETAILS, ETC.

We don’t include payment or pricing information in outgoing shipments unless a gift receipt is required.

SURPRISE GIFTS

Surprises are great—we love surprises! —but we highly encourage you to contact the recipient and let them now you sending a perishable gift, you’ll want to make sure that the recipient is going to be home to open the package and put the contents in the freezer or stage them in the refrigerator for consumption sooner than later.

CORPORATE GIFTS

RETURN Policy

All sales are final.

If your ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost.
